Vicky Entwistle - WOW! - Weight Off Workout! [2006] (DVD)

Buy This Before Any Other Workout DVD!!!! I've tried many workout DVD's before, but this one has been the most enjoyable, bearable and manageable of them all. The warm up certainly gets you warm. The Fat Burn section certainly gets you burning fat - but it is do'able. The Tums and Bum section can be felt and the cool down is enjoyable and a great time to revel in what you have achieved! Both Vicky and the instructor Richard are so easy to listen to, especially when you are watching and working out to the DVD many a time! Richard is lovely and as a previous reviewer said - he is encouraging. I actually found myself talking back to him in the middle of a routine!! And Vicky is so down to earth that she's an inspiration. I would recommend you buy this workout DVD before any other for all the reasons I mentioned above, but more importantly it works. I did it three times in one week and lost 4 1/2 pounds - honest.

The Best Exercise DVD EVER!!!!! This is definitely the best exercise DVD I have ever bought. It's incredibly easy to follow as Vicky and her (gorgeous) instructor show you each move before it's added to the routine. I've tried other exercise DVDs but I didn't feel like I was doing anything strenuous. With this one I work up a sweat very quickly and I'm losing on average about 3lb a week. Buy this DVD, you won't regret it! Do it 3-4 times a week and your body shape will change very quickly

The best DVD for toning and weight loss EVER Basically this DVD is easy and fun. If I eat healthily and do it everyday for 3 days I can lose up to 1/2 a stone, in 3 days! I have tried millions of DVDs and this has the best results by far. If you do it for 3 days then you will immediately notice a change, my stomach becomes so defined and so do my legs. When I eat my stomach doesn't swell in anyway and remains flat all day. Also even if you don't do it for another week after the effects stay in place.I promise you don't even get bored of it, I think I've done it over 50 times, and I'm still doing it! It is honestly the best form of exercise I have ever done in my life, it's a quick and easy way to totally transform your body. BUY IT!

The best exercise DVD in my collection This is a very worthy, straightforward exercise DVD which I would highly recommend. I bought it purely for the pictures on the front - the change in Vicky is absolutely amazing - but the workout was pleasingly impressive. Often, with exercise DVDs, the focus is on the "celebrity" star, and you get the impression that this is the first time they've ever worked out with the trainer - it's more of a showcase for them than a workout. This is 100% not the case with this DVD. Vicky doesn't speak much, just follows the routine that the instructor has set, and she's quite natural. Unusually for such things, I don't find her annoying. The routine itself is boxercise - and it's a high quality one. It verges on the repetitive, but it certainly works up a sweat, tones the whole body and is easy to follow. It's definitely been thought through, and someone who hasn't done classes before wouldn't struggle to pick it up. I'd say that if you're already very fit then you won't find it helpful - but if you're a beginner, or of a moderate fitness level, then you'll get an excellent workout. Obviously, if you do it every day you'll get bored with it, but you could say the same of any exercise DVD. I have quite a few exercise DVDs in my collection, and this one is my favourite by far.

Easy routine This along with Latino size was the first fitness video I've ever bought. I've got awful coordination so this was really easy to pick up, unlike the Latino!! The workout is fairly good as well. I'm afraid though that I started to get a bit bored of the routine, which was very repetitive and poor Vicky spent half her time pulling up her less than adequate top as she was on the verge of displaying a bit too much flesh throughout - this got a bit distracting. The video also contains the food log followed by Vicky and I'm not surprised she lost weight - she must haev been starving!! Maybe fitness videos aren't for me - I've lost more weight using my dance mat and got less bored!!
