Philips Nivea Coolskin HS8060 Moisturizing Rotary Shaving System (Personal Care)

Excellent Shaver I have tried every Razor Blade and Shaving foam, gel and oil on the market, all of them cause me great irritation and discomfort. I bought this Philips 8060 after reading its great reviews and I'm very very impressed with it. It shaves as close as any Razor blade and glides across your skin like ice. No irritation what so ever after use for me and you can use it in the shower. Its very easy to use, docking station refills shaver with the Nivea cream and to clean it you just run it under a tap. Top Razor, worth every penny!!!!

very pleased with my shaver!! Although ive only had the 'philips coolskin HS8060' for a week now im very pleased with the result, given i havent used an electric razor for over 10 years. Of course the result i suppose depends on the thickness of your whiskers, mine are in the medium range. I dont need to use the moisturizer for every shave and it shaves incredibly close. The charge time after the first use is quick and it does a good job. I have no problems to report for now anyway................top marks!!!

Great on sensitive skin Had'nt used a electric shaver for years as used to cause me rash problems so was a bit scepical,I was after a Xmas present for me "the man who has everything and is extremely hard to buy for",well thats what the missis keeps waffleing on about. I liked the look of these new "fancy" looking shavers so shopped about a little and decided to take the plunge on this Phillips HS8060. What a great bit of kit!!!! think the waterproof idea was the deciding factor for me, but i can realy recommend this to anyone who like me has wet shaved for the past 10 years & has skin, very prone to rashes. The charge unit options are well designed, can see the lotion getting expensive, but tot up the amount of mach3 blades you pay for in a year and you will still be quids in. I see i got in at the right time of £60 too, happy days!!!

Extremely pleasantly surprised I have been a wet shaver with a Gillette Mach 3 Turbo for as many years as I can remember. I had a really poor foil shaver once about ten years ago, but decided to take the plunge with this shaver whilst researching shavers for my dad. I am blown away by it. Even without the moisturiser it gives a shave that is better than my wet shave used to give. My stubble grows in all sorts of random directions so I was unsure how it would cope. But cope it does. Obviously used with the Nivea it eliminates the need to moisturise afterwards, but it is good news that if you run out or want to use your own it still gives a great shave. Given that the Amazon price was only £60 when I bought it and is now £93 I am even happier.

it burns seem to be a lack of power and after all the face rubbing and nivea gel my face and neck was not the best or closest shave just sore and patchy glad i only paid 60 for it
