We had a breadmaker a few years back, but I could never get a successful loaf from it, so I gave up and threw it out. I've had this machine 3 weeks now, and am making lovely, yummy bread 3-4 times a week. I can't believe how easy it is. I don't have a problem keeping it fresh, as it's eaten too quickly to go stale! No need to buy bread I think everyone has commented on the technicalities of this product so I won't bore you. This is a superb breadmaker and makes absolutely superb bread in any combination of flour you can think of. Light and tasty bread with an absolute minimum of effort. If you were questioning whether a breadmaker is worth buying just get on with it and buy this one. Gluten Free Bread Star !!! I agree wholeheartedly with all the five star reviews. I would like to add that this machine has been fantastic for my husband,he can't eat wheat and has suffered the solid cardboard offerings of bread substitutes from the supermarket for years. This machine produces as close to "real " bread as he remembers. The gluten programme on the machine makes a small loaf which is okay.......However follow the recipe on the Doves wheat free bread flour packet ( brown or white) put the machine on basic white (4 hours)...brilliant. When it is cool we slice it and freeze it. He can now take sandwiches to work and has toast for breakfast. So I highly recommend it for all, even those who have to eat gluten free !I am about to replace my mothers old other brand breadmaker with this one for her birthday.
