The latest reviews have been displayed below. Dyson DC 25 Product is as expected, use it quite a bit since being delivery and it does a great job. Impressed with DC25 Very good service from Amazon. Extremely well designed vacuum cleaner. Easy to assemble and a pleasure to use. this sucks Sorry but I could not keep reading how wonderful this vacuum cleaner is without responding. I purchased this last year after being happy with the DC04. However the DC25 is far too small for an average size house as it fills up too quickly and the lead is so short that I need to keep stopping, unpluging and starting again. The tools are cheap and ineffective. To be honest the machine feels and handles like a toy. Compared to the DC04 the suction is very weak. Moreover the process of using the wand is both cumbersome and slow. There does not seem to be the design cleaverness that was present in the previous original machine. The ball is easy to use but the whole machine is labour intensive with regular cleaning and washing filters and emptying the bagless section needed. This action incidently, is not as clean and straightforward as Dyson makes out. Dust goes everywhere and is therefore not safe and hygienic. For the money it could and SHOULD be much better. I have been sold by the advertising rather than the product Dyson DC25 All Floors I am very pleased with this Dyson, it is much lighter than my previous one and as effective. The only downside is the cylinder needs to be emptied more frequently. Dyson DC25 has ticked most of the boxes of my expectations When most of us buy a Dyson vacuum, I guess we have a reasonable list of expectations. After 1 years use I'm overall a happy customer with just one or two minor moans only: * A bit heavier than I was hoping it would be. * The cable is shorter than my old Dyson. * The flexi-hose doesn't stretch far enough up the average set of stairs in a UK home to enable you to use with ease. When on the level, the vacuum is prone to tip over if you stretch the hose to full extension. But hey - a vacuum is for vacuuming right? That part it does fantastic and the ball design from Dyson is definitely a step up from the more awkward movements of the traditional vacuum. It cleans fantastic and I am confident that by the time I need a new vacuum cleaner James Dyson will have found solutions to the problems mentioned above. I admire Dyson's overall busines ethic - one with the approach of improving, making better and finding solutions. For this reason, despite my disappointments, I am confident that I definitely WILL be looking to buy another Dyson vacuum in the future. So yes - 4 Stars only. So yes - I recommend the Dyson DC25 Good luck!!
